ABC News Features Dr. David Adler and Dr. Gregory Latchaw Regarding NovaSure Procedure

Felicia Rodriguez, anchor at WPBF Channel 25 in West Palm Beach, recently sat down with Dr. Adler and Dr. Latchaw to discuss NovaSure, an in-office procedure that can help cure their heavy bleeding with little downtime, also known as endometrial ablation. Endometrial ablation is a procedure that destroys a thin layer of lining of the uterus. This stops the endometrium from building up each month and then sloughing off, resulting in menstrual bleeding. It's a great alternative to a hysterectomy and endometrial ablation treats heavy menstrual bleeding, which in turn reduces menstrual cramps. To visit this story in full please click here.

KangaRent CEO Damien Barr Featured on NBC News Regarding Appeal of Rental Market in Florida

New U.S. Census numbers reveal at least one in four occupied-homes from Jupiter to Boca Raton is a rental. Renting a home proves to be much more appealing than buying these days.

WPTV Recently sat down with Damien Barr, CEO of KangaRent (www.KangaRent.com) to discuss the state and appeal of the rental market and where he sees it heading in the future.

"We've got a lot of clients who say they want to buy, they plan to buy, but they're renting at this point to see what happens," says Damien Barr, owner of rental real estate company, Kangarent.

Barr says one factor driving people to rent is an uncertain job market. He says people are reluctant to get tied down in a mortgage if they don't know where they'll be working next.

"It might not be the best decision to buy right now unless you're staying for 5-10 years, you know you'll be there with a job," says Barr.
